Returns Policy

You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags.

• Incorrect or Defective Items: We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Please contact us immediately upon discovering the issue.
• Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or clearance items
• Any used or damaged items

Returns Procedure

• Return Authorization: We will review your request and either send you a prepaid return label (if the return is due to our error) or provide our return shipping address. If you are responsible for the return shipping, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
• Return Shipment: Pack the item securely, including a note inside the parcel with your order number and the reason for return. Ship the item back to us using the address provided.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for new and unused items.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping:  - Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days.

• Express Shipping:  - Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
